バブルが崩壊 -> 大リストラと発展して何が起きたかというと
* 年功序列制の崩壊(要は、同じ仕事をしているかぎり、歳をとっても給料は上がらなくなったということ)
* 新規採用ゼロ時代になり、若い労働力のフリーター・契約社員化
で、就職しても給料は増えないからフリーターで会社に縛られない方がよく見えるし(そのかわり待遇は全然違うわけだが)、やりたい仕事が出来る見込みがないなら、とっととやめようということになる。で、フリーターや契約社員の人達はとても「結婚して、子供は2人でマイホーム」なんて夢は持たなくなりますね。その結果は
* 年金制度の崩壊
* 30代のサラリーマンの精神疾病の激増
* 社内労働力の不足による無理な勤務状況
* 少子化
結局、バブルのツケは若い者が大きな部分を支払っているのに、一体、これ以上何を求めるんだと。最近の若い者は我慢が足りない？アホいってんじゃないぞー・・・とそんなことが書いてあります。
でも、ま、しょうがない。社会が悪いとしか言いようがないわけで、我々はどうやって生きていくんでしょう。何を目標に、何にすがって生きていくんでしょう。
そこで、はっと気がついたのは、例の岡田斗司夫の「オタク・イズ・デッド」。「にわかオタク」が「萌えブーム」や「電車男ブーム」で大量流入して、オタクコミュニティーはオタクの共通認識や文化を破壊されて滅びたという話。岡田さんが目を潤ませて、「でも、これでよかったんだよ。楽しかったし、寂しいけど・・・」と語ったオタク大陸の沈没は、年功序列時代の「出世レース」が存在しなくなって、生きる目的を慌てて外に求めた「にわかオタク」の増大が引き金になってるんじゃないでしょうか。
あのー、めいわくです(爆)
でも、結局、私たちの世代は今もらってる給料のまま、定年まで働いて早めに死ぬしかないわけですよ。そりゃ、もうおもしろおかしく生きるか、狂うしかないでしょ？子供なんかこさえてる場合じゃないよなあ・・・
